I really love We Support Recovery because it keeps me connected with like minded individuals in recovery. The support is amazing.

Our Mission
We Support Recovery is a faith-based nonprofit serving Northwest Wisconsin, focused on addiction prevention, recovery, and restoration. As a peer-run Recovery Community Organization (RCO), we are here to connect people in recovery with peer support, recovery coaching, sober events and recovery meetings.
Addiction
Addiction surrounds us. It’s what started our story here at We Support Recovery. Founders Bob and Stacy Hilde have personally been affected by addiction through lived experience and have been called to help those seeking recovery with peer support and resources. Your neighbors, your family, kids, friends or church members may be struggling right now. Recovery is possible! We want to help.
Prevention
We are involved with the Polk United coalition, where we work with hospitals, mental health agencies, schools, organizations, businesses and individuals to enact youth prevention measures to reduce and delay alcohol use and vaping in Polk County. Did you know? Kids whose parents talk to them about drugs and alcohol are 42% less likely to use substances.
Recovery
We Support Recovery partners with several organizations to bring evidence-based programs to our area. We offer free recovery coaching services for women and a weekly Women’s Recovery Collective meeting on Mondays at 6:00 p.m. in Amery. We host monthly sober events and will provide an online listing to connect you to recovery meetings like AA, NA and Celebrate Recovery. Additionally, we work with the Polk United Partners for Recovery where our goal is to reduce substance use and improve recovery resources.
Restoration
Restoration goes beyond being sober. It means living a healthy, stable and meaningful life. We Support Recovery provides wellness and life skills support through our recovery coaching and Women's Recovery Collective programs. In addition, we partner with local organizations to provide training in areas such as budgeting, parenting, healthy relationships and employment services. We also work with the Criminal Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) to reduce crime and recidivism while improving recovery resources for people in jail or on probation.
Free Recovery Coaching
While in recovery coaching, you will receive weekly one-on-one support to help in your recovery journey.
